Kai Fagan & Sanam Harrinanan: The UK’s favorite reality TV couple has officially said “I do!” Love Island winners Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan married on August 1, 2025, in a beautiful Essex ceremony – making history as the first couple formed in Casa Amor to win the show and now wed.

The newlyweds announced their marriage through joyful Instagram posts showing their wedding day style. “Mr. and Mrs. Fagan forever and always 01.08.25,” they captioned photos revealing:

A wedding video snippet captured the emotional moment guests showered them with confetti as they were announced “the new Mr. and Mrs. Fagan!” Fellow Love Island stars flooded the comments with congratulations, including Ron Hall (“A special couple and a special love”) and Casey O’Gorman (“Winners for a reason”).
Their Journey to the Altar
The couple made reality TV history when they won Love Island UK 2023 after meeting in the notorious “Casa Amor” villa twist. Kai (a high school teacher) proposed in April 2024, sharing: “Beautiful, caring, loving and smart are just some of the words that describe you… I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you.”
Before the wedding, Kai told The Sunthat Sanam (a social worker) took charge of planning: “She’s making it perfect – many girls dream of this day. But I’d marry her anywhere, even a courthouse tomorrow!”
The celebration featured Sanam’s bridesmaids in purple gowns and a reception where the couple danced as husband and wife for the first time.
