On Wednesday, July 23, Alba, 44, and Ramirez, 32, were captured smiling and relaxed inside a car following their intimate meal. Alba wore her hair down over her shoulders with a simple black top, while Ramirez, known for roles in “Top Gun: Maverick” and the upcoming “Captain America: Brave New World,” sported a denim jacket and gray baseball cap.

This public outing adds to the buzz surrounding the duo. Earlier this month, photos obtained by TMZ showed Alba and Ramirez boarding a flight back to Los Angeles from Cancún, Mexico, on July 14, indicating they spent time together in the tropical location.

Alba officially filed for divorce from her husband of nearly 16 years, Cash Warren, on February 7, 2025. The filing cited irreconcilable differences and listed their separation date as December 27, 2024. The couple, who met in 2004 and married in May 2008, share three children: daughters Honor (17) and Haven (13), and son Hayes (7).

In her divorce petition, Alba requested joint custody of their children and asked for her legal name to be restored to Jessica Marie Alba. Despite the end of their marriage, Alba has publicly acknowledged Warren’s role as a father. On Father’s Day this year, she shared a heartfelt message on Instagram Stories, calling him a “warm, kind, present” dad and thanking him for being “their rock.”
