JorLinn, known on TikTok as @JorLinn, has turned every month of her daughter Noa James’ young life into a tribute to Taylor Swift’s iconic album eras. Since welcoming Noa at the start of 2025, JorLinn has meticulously planned and executed photoshoots inspired by each of Swift’s album covers for Noa’s monthly milestones.

“It started as a fun idea discussed with a friend,” JorLinn shared. “We began collecting pieces, and I’ve put a lot of thought and DIY effort into making each photo special.”

The project kicked off with Noa’s “debut” month, mirroring Swift’s first album. Baby Noa rocked a tiny white dress, miniature cowgirl boots, and a guitar prop. For each subsequent album era, JorLinn focuses on capturing the signature color scheme, vibe, and iconic elements. Finding perfect infant-sized outfits often requires ingenuity – scouring major retailers, crafting pieces herself, or enlisting creative friends when store-bought options fall short.

Planning is constant. “I try to pick instantly recognizable elements from each era,” JorLinn explains. “I concept the outfit, then search everywhere – stores, online, even commissioning pieces – to bring it to life. Thankfully, I already own all the albums for props!”

Her dedication paid off online. A TikTok carousel showcasing the first six months of Noa’s Swiftie journey went massively viral, amassing over 380,000 views and counting. “Seeing the video take off was amazing,” JorLinn said. “I poured so much effort into this, and the positive reaction, especially from fellow Swifties sharing ideas, has been incredible. Some even say they’ll do this when they have a daughter!”

JorLinn already has plans for the remaining eras: LoverFolkloreEvermoreMidnights, and The Tortured Poets Department. However, with only 11 albums and 12 months in a year, she’s playfully crossing her fingers for a surprise new Taylor Swift release before Noa’s first birthday.

While the monthly project will naturally conclude, JorLinn hints she might revisit the concept when Noa is older. She firmly believes her daughter, like her older sibling, is destined to be a lifelong Swiftie. For JorLinn, Swift’s music bridges generations.

“Taylor’s music holds special meaning for me, from my teens into adulthood,” she reflects. “It’s become this generation-spanning bond between me and my kids. This project was deeply intentional; every piece chosen for each era carries significance.”

And for the ultimate finale? JorLinn has a dream: “The perfect 12-month photo would be a picture of Noa with Taylor herself.” For now, fans can follow Noa’s adorable journey through Taylor’s musical history on TikTok.
